Who We Are
The Religious Formation ministry at San Elceario Catholic Church is a faith-centered community dedicated to helping children, youth, and families grow closer to Christ and His Church.
We believe that faith formation is more than a class. It is a journey of prayer, learning, service, and love for God. Through the teachings of the Catholic Church, the Sacraments, Scripture, and parish life, we help our students discover the beauty of our faith.
What We Do
First Communion
We prepare children to receive Jesus in the Holy Eucharist with reverence, joy, and understanding.
Confirmation
We guide youth as they prepare to receive the gifts of the Holy Spirit and live as courageous Catholic disciples.
Family Faith
We support parents as the first teachers of the faith and encourage families to grow together in prayer and parish life.
Meet Our Catechists
Our catechists are faithful parish volunteers who share their time, love, and faith with our children and youth. They serve with generous hearts and help plant seeds of faith that can grow for a lifetime.

Our mission is to form disciples of Jesus Christ who know, love, and serve God through the Catholic faith.
We seek to help every student encounter Christ personally, understand the teachings of the Church, participate in the Sacraments, and live their faith with joy, courage, and love.

El ministerio de Formación Religiosa de la Iglesia Católica San Elceario es una comunidad centrada en la fe, dedicada a ayudar a niños, jóvenes y familias a crecer más cerca de Cristo y de su Iglesia.
Creemos que la formación en la fe es más que una clase. Es un camino de oración, aprendizaje, servicio y amor a Dios. Por medio de las enseñanzas de la Iglesia Católica, los Sacramentos, la Sagrada Escritura y la vida parroquial, ayudamos a nuestros estudiantes a descubrir la belleza de nuestra fe.
Qué Hacemos
Primera Comunión
Preparamos a los niños para recibir a Jesús en la Sagrada Eucaristía con reverencia, alegría y comprensión.
Confirmación
Acompañamos a los jóvenes mientras se preparan para recibir los dones del Espíritu Santo y vivir como discípulos católicos valientes.
Fe en Familia
Apoyamos a los padres como los primeros maestros de la fe y animamos a las familias a crecer juntas en oración y vida parroquial.
Conoce a Nuestros Catequistas
Nuestros catequistas son voluntarios fieles de la parroquia que comparten su tiempo, amor y fe con nuestros niños y jóvenes. Sirven con corazones generosos y ayudan a sembrar semillas de fe que pueden crecer durante toda la vida.
Nuestra Misión
Nuestra misión es formar discípulos de Jesucristo que conozcan, amen y sirvan a Dios por medio de la fe católica.
Buscamos ayudar a cada estudiante a encontrarse personalmente con Cristo, comprender las enseñanzas de la Iglesia, participar en los Sacramentos y vivir su fe con alegría, valentía y amor.
